Check-Out Rules and Notifications
To ensure a smooth transition between guests, we kindly ask that you follow the check-out rules and times provided in your check-out email. Our team sends reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before your scheduled check-out to help you stay on track. We appreciate your timeliness on your check-out as we have cleaners coming into the property shortly after.
Forgotten Items
We understand that things can occasionally be left behind. If you forget an item in one of our properties, here’s what you need to know:
If our team finds a forgotten item during the post-stay cleaning, we will contact you via the email or phone number on file to notify you. Guests can arrange for their items to be shipped back. For items shipped abroad, a handling fee of $25 will apply, excluding the cost of shipping.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the carrier’s rates and the destination. Forgotten items will be stored securely for 30 days. If unclaimed, items may be donated or discarded in accordance with our policy.
Post Check-Out Property Inspections
After check-out, our team conducts a thorough inspection of the property to ensure everything is in order. If any significant damage is found, we will notify you immediately with detailed documentation, including photographs and an invoice for repair or replacement.
For properties with a damage deposit, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the inspection, provided no significant damage is identified.
Discounts for Returning Guests
We value our loyal guests and are delighted to offer a 10% discount on your next stay as a token of our appreciation. Details on how to redeem your discount will be included in your post-check-out email.

Your feedback helps us improve and maintain the quality of our properties. After your stay, we’ll send you a quick survey or invite you to leave a review about your experience. We value your thoughts and appreciate your time in sharing them with us.
