To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, and to maintain the quality of the residence, we kindly ask that the following guidelines be observed:

  • The home is intended for registered guests only.
  • The maximum occupancy listed on the reservation must be respected at all times.
  • In consideration of our residential community, quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • We kindly ask guests to keep noise to a respectful level during these hours, particularly in outdoor spaces.
  • This residence is not suitable for parties, events, or very large gatherings.
  • Daytime visitors are permitted only with prior approval and must not exceed the maximum occupancy.
  • The home is strictly non-smoking, including cigarettes, vaping, cannabis, and all recreational substances.
  • Please treat the residence and its furnishings with care, as you would your own.
  • Any damages, breakages, or issues should be reported promptly so we may address them swiftly.
  • Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance.

Your comfort, privacy, and safety are thoughtfully prioritized throughout your stay.

  • An exterior doorbell camera is in place to support smooth arrivals and ensure the security of the residence. This camera monitors the exterior entry only and does not record interior spaces.
  • An industry standard noise and smoke monitoring device is installed in the living area. It does not record audio. The system monitors decibel levels and indoor cigarette smoke only, and will notify guests should noise levels exceed a reasonable threshold.
  • The home is equipped with multiple smoke alarms integrated with carbon monoxide detectors for enhanced safety.
  • A fire extinguisher and first-aid kit are conveniently located under the kitchen sink.

This townhouse was perfect for our group of three generations, from an 8 year old through to grandparents. Incredibly well appointed with a very smart and efficient floor plan. The three levels provides enough personal space for everyone and the second level with open kitchen, dining space and living room was very conducive to the family enjoying time together.

We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay in Philip's home! It's absolutely 15 stars worthy. The location was easy to find and we loved being able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. This was our third time staying here with our three kids 3 and under. It feels like home! It’s amazing to find a place that could be fun for a bachelorette party as well as a family getaway but this fits the bill! The place is spotless, fully-stocked with anything and everything you need, and so cozy and comfortable. It’s a quick walk to downtown and Elevation Place where our toddler loves to swim.
