3. Booking and Payments
Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details.
Payments
- Payments are securely processed through our property management system (Hospitable) using Stripe as the payment processor.
- By making a booking, you agree to pay all applicable fees, including cleaning fees, service charges, and local taxes.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are calculated based on the following rules:
- 100% Refund: Available within 24 hours of booking acceptance, provided the booking is made at least 7 days before check-in.
- 100% Refund: If the cancellation request is made at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund: If the cancellation request is made at least 7 days before check-in.
- Reservations become non-refundable after the last rule expires or upon check-in, whichever comes first.
Host-Initiated Cancellations
- If WeekAway Inc. cancels your booking, we will assist in rebooking a comparable property or issuing a full refund.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government regulations.
5. Guest Responsibilities
During Your Stay
- Guests must comply with all property rules outlined in the booking confirmation.
- No parties, excessive noise, or illegal activities are allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited unless explicitly stated otherwise in the property listing.
Damages and Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
- If damages occur, additional fees may be charged to the payment method on file.
Adherence to Rental Agreements
- Guests may be required to sign a rental agreement specific to the property they are booking. This agreement will outline additional terms related to the stay, including property-specific rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and guest obligations.
- Guests are responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms of the rental agreement when prompted. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the booking or additional charges.
Security Deposits
- For certain stays, especially those exceeding [7 nights], or for high-value properties, a refundable security deposit may be required. This deposit is intended to cover potential damages or violations of property rules during the stay.
- Guests will be notified of any required security deposit during the booking process and will be prompted to provide the deposit before check-in.
- The deposit will be released in full within [48 hours] after check-out, provided no damages or violations are reported.
- In cases where damages or violations occur, deductions may be made from the deposit to cover repair or replacement costs. Guests will be informed of any deductions and provided with a detailed breakdown.

Accuracy of Listings
We strive to ensure property descriptions and photos are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to updates or renovations.
Host Responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for maintaining their properties and complying with local regulations.
7. Third-Party Services
Our website integrates with third-party platforms for managing bookings and payments:
- Hospitable: Manages bookings, guest communications, and property availability.
- Stripe: Processes payments securely.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeekAway Inc. is not liable for:

- Dissatisfaction with properties or services.
- Damages caused by third-party service providers, including Hospitable or Stripe.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WeekAway Inc. harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website, breach of these T&C, or actions during your stay.
